We do our very best to keep all our Bootights in stock, but sometimes bestsellers are tough to keep on hand - no worries though, just email customerservice@bootights.com and let us know you want to me notified as soon as the style or size is back in stock, and we’ll send you an email to let you know.

Can I request custom tights or socks?
Thank you so much, we are thrilled you love Bootights enough to want to request a custom design, however at this time we are not accepting custom order requests. You can, however, submit your design ideas to customerservice@bootights.com and we might just incorporate your vision in a future style!

What size do I wear?
Good question. Our hosiery is sized by height and weight. Click the link to see Size Chart. Socks come one size fits most and fit women’s US shoe sizes 5-10 ½ comfortably.
What makes Bootights® so unique?
Bootights is the only hosiery brand on the planet (ahem, patent pending) that mixes mediums to create a truly one-of-a-kind hybrid tight via our proprietary design method we call ConnecTech™. We hand sew an actual performance sock to the bottom of our stockings, tights, knee-hi styles and over-the-knee socks. This ingenious manufacturing method means that your feet are always ultra comfy in your shoes and boots all day - every time you wear them. Because of our exclusive design you'll get a much better fit, your feet are supported with drier than ever moisture wicking, and less chance of snags or any outdated toe seam that you get with traditional “old school” tights.
Our added performance sock, the knee-hi style and over-the-knee designs are unlike any sock you have ever worn before. The top portion is expertly knit on a hosiery Lonati 400N circular hosiery machine so they are sleek and hug your leg comfortably with added compression without slipping down or bunching up around your ankles. The sock portion is super cushiony and contours your feet with the moisture-wicking yarns and ventilation mesh zone keeping feet drier and a lot less stinky. They were designed intentionally to avoid being too thick or too thin and fit your tootsies just right.
Are your products made ethically?
Our Bootights products are sustainably and consciously created, almost entirely manufactured and distributed in the USA. Our company prides ourselves in only working with partners that employ people with a fair wage and in a culturally diverse and safe environment. We also intentionally keep the styles to a minimum and focus on core and best-selling styles because sometimes more is just more and we are about keeping a smaller footprint (pun intended) on this beautiful planet of ours.
Is there a special way I should wash my tights?
Wash Instructions:
Hand wash separately, cold water, no chlorine bleach. Drip dry. Do not iron.
Pro Tip to ensure long lasting tights:
When putting on your Bootights, pull up the tights by grabbing ahold of the sock first and gently work your way up. Try to avoid pulling on by seams.
Ordering & Shipping
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
When you place an order from our shop, you can typically expect your items to ship within 1-2 business days. If you place multiple orders at the same time, our customer service staff will group them whenever possible.
Most orders will take 3-7 business days to fully process and deliver your order. Please keep in mind that inclement weather could slow shipping times with various carriers. We will provide tracking the moment your order has shipped from Bootights and you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.
When will my tracking info be available?
All orders processed on our Bootights website will be processed within 48 hours; our customer service support is closed on Sundays and all recognized US holidays however, so if your order comes in at that time we will process the following business day. All orders receive a real-time email notification as soon as your purchase has been paid and we follow up with all tracking notifications the minute your item(s) have left our warehouse.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Our #1 promise is to make sure you're happy with everything you purchase from Bootights! So, if you placed your order and you changed your mind, please email our customer service support within two (2) hours from the time of your purchase, so we can quickly address it. Any purchase that's been placed and we haven't been notified within this time frame will be processed and shipped as ordered. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions.
Can I return my purchase?
Due to the nature of tights and hosiery, these are considered 'intimates' and cannot be returned unless they are unopened and unworn.. All items in this category are considered final sale. In the event your order arrives damaged please submit your issue on our Customer Service page or email us at customerservice@bootights.com with images to support your claim and we will be in touch via email directly. Socks order return requests fall under our 7-day return policy, (lets do 30 days) which means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. All approved returns will receive a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to Bootights without first requesting a return will not be accepted. To request a return, please review our Return Policy or email us at customerservice@bootights.com.

If my return is approved, how long will it take to receive my refund?
Once approved we will process your refund right away, typically within 48 hours during regular business hours. Your bank may take longer to recognize the refund so be sure to contact them once you receive our email notification.
I received a gift from your store - can I return or exchange?
Any item received as a gift is eligible for a full online store credit for the full amount of your gifted item, no questions asked. Just make sure that the product is in its original packaging. Check out the Returns policy on our Customer Service page for more information.
Do you offer gift cards for your store?
Yep! Bootights offers digital gift cards for purchase and redemption on our site - and the best part? No additional processing fees and it never expires!
