We understand that sometimes things just don't work out - for that reason Bootights wants to assure all our customers that we stand behind our product 100% and guarantee our quality and service are second to none. If for any reason you feel you would like to return or exchange a recent purchase, please refer to our FAQS page for details or submit your request in the form provided and a customer service representative will be in touch.

All hosiery and tight purchases are considered final sale and not eligible for return or *refund. Any approved sock returns but be in its original packaging with all tags intact, unworn and no signs of tampering.

If your order was damaged in shipping we will refund the full purchase price once approved; submit your request and include photos to support your claim.

But Just in Case…

For any approved return (tights and hosiery excluded and considered final sale unless damaged in shipping) purchased directly from Bootights and not one of our retailer partners may be returned in original packaging with a copy of the invoice, receipt and/or packing slip. All item(s) must be unopened, never worn and in excellent condition. Approved returns are accepted up to 7 days from the date of purchase. All packages but be delivered back to Bootights using a US carrier that provides tracking.

Bootights cannot accept responsibility or replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.

Instructions for Approved Returns

All approved returns require a Bootights RA number (Return Authorization) on the outside of the package.

Step 1: Submit your return request on our Customer Service page and await our response.Step 2: If approved - ship your return to:

Step 3: Once your approved return has been received and reviewed our customer service will

issue your refund and you will be notified via email.

Exchanges

Due to the design and fabric makeup of our products, our tights and hosiery products are not eligible for exchange. If your sock order is not what you expected, submit your request on our Customer Service page and a representative will be in touch.
