Domestic Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns from items purchased on Bootights.com. We cannot accept or process returns & exchanges from retail stores and other online retailers. All returns and exchanges purchased from retail stores and other online retailers must be returned at their location of purchase.
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of ship date and are subject to a $5.99 shipping label fee. Please keep in mind that all approved hosiery and sock returns must be in the original packaging with all tags intact, unworn, and no signs of tampering. If your order was damaged during shipping, we will refund the full purchase price, once approved. Please submit your request and include photos so we can have a better understanding of what happened.
To begin the Return Process, please submit the Customer Support form below and don’t forget to include images, if applicable. Then, once approved, check your email to access your return shipping label. You will receive a refund within 2 weeks of receiving your item at our warehouse. Please allow 3-5 business days for exchange order processing.

Merchandise must be in new, unworn condition in original packaging.
You must contact us within 30 days to initiate a return. Once you contact us, we will provide you with the estimated refund amount and a return shipping label.
International orders do not qualify for free return shipping. The return cost will be deducted from the total refund amount. Exceptions include defective items and shipping errors made by Bootights, in this case we will refund the order in full.
We do not offer exchanges, so please return the item(s) you do not want to keep and place a new order for your desired replacement(s).
Please allow up to 4 weeks for processing your return and for receiving a credit from your financial institution.
Make a purchase by mistake? No problem! Orders may be changed or canceled within two (2) hours after being placed. Changes needed to orders placed on Sunday or federal holiday must be communicated by 10:00 am EST/EDT of the following business day. If you need to edit your order within this window, please e-mail email@example.com and we will get right on it!
Delivery times will vary based on your shipping address and chosen shipping method. Most packages will arrive within 3-7 business days. We do everything we can to get your package moving within hours of your order but please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. If something comes up with your order, we will let you know within this time frame.
We will send you a shipping confirmation and a tracking number when your order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped by Bootights, we depend on our carriers (USPS, UPS & FedEx) to ensure the package is delivered on time. Please note: inclement weather can delay packages.

All hosiery and tights purchases are considered final sale and not eligible for return or *refund. Any approved sock returns must be in its original packaging with all tags intact, unworn, and no signs of tampering.
If your order was damaged during shipping, we will refund the full purchase price, once approved. Kindly submit your request and include photos to support your claim.
For any approved return (tights and hosiery excluded, as they're considered final sale, unless damaged during shipping) purchased directly from Bootights and not one of our retailer partners may be returned in its original packaging.
Please include a copy of the invoice, receipt and/or packing slip. All item(s) must be unopened, never worn and in excellent condition. Approved returns are accepted up to 7 days from the date of purchase. All packages but be delivered to Bootights through a US carrier with tracking.
Bootights cannot accept responsibility or replace packages lost during return shipment, if proof of tracking is unavailable.

All approved returns require a Bootights RA number (Return Authorization) on the outside of the package.
