Customer service isn't getting back to me - now what?

Oops, that's not what we want to hear but sometimes our customer service support emails can fall into your spam/junk folder; be sure to add Bootights to your bookmarks and lists so you don't miss any of our emails. If you're still having trouble call us or DM on our Instagram or Facebook pages.

There are styles I want but they're out of stock, any suggestions?

We do our very best to keep all our Bootights in stock, but sometimes bestsellers are tough to keep on hand - no worries though, just make sure you add your email to the 'email me when back in stock' feature and we will notify you ASAP the minute those favorites are ready to purchase again.

I love your company and would like to work at Bootights; do you have any openings?

Can I request custom tights or socks?

Thank you so much, we are thrilled you love Bootights enough to want to request a custom design, however at this time we are not accepting custom order requests. You can however submit your design ideas and we might just incorporate your vision in a future style.

What makes Bootights® so unique?

Bootights is the only hosiery brand on the planet (ahem, patent pending) which hand sews an actual performance sock to the bottom of our stockings, tights, knee-hi styles and over-the-knee socks. This ingenious manufacturing method means that your feet are always ultra comfy in your shoes and boots all day - every time you wear them. Because of our exclusive design you'll get a much better fit. your feet are supported with drier than ever moisture wicking, and less chance of snags or any outdated toe seam that you get with cheaper made tights.

Our added performance sock, the knee-hi style and over-the-knee designs are unlike any sock you have ever worn before. The top portion is expertly knit on a hosiery machine so they are sleek and hug your leg comfortably with added compression without slipping down or bunching up around your ankles. The sock portion is super cushiony and contours your feet with the moisture-wicking yarns keeping feet drier and alot less stinky.

How are your tights and socks made?

Our Bootights products are sustainably and consciously created, manufactured and distributed in the USA. Our company prides ourselves in only working with partners that employee people with a fair wage, culturally diverse and safe environments.

Ordering & Shipping

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

When you place an order from our shop, you can typically expect your items to ship within 3-5 business days. If you place multiple orders at the same time, our customer service staff will group them whenever possible.

Please note that due to the current US supply chain issues, shipping carriers can take up to 7-10 days to fully process and deliver your order. We will provide tracking the moment your order has shipped from Bootights and you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

When will my tracking info be available?

All orders processed on our Bootights website will be processed within 48 hours; our customer service support is closed on weekends and all recognized US holidays however, so if your order comes in at that time we will process the following business day. All orders receive a real-time email notification as soon as your purchase has been paid and we follow up with all tracking notifications the minute your item(s) have left our warehouse.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Yikes, well that happened! Our #1 promise is to make sure you're happy with everything you purchase from Bootights so... if you placed your order and you made a mistake or you decided quickly you wanted to change your selection, you must email our customer service support no less than two (2) hours from the time of your purchase so that we can hurry to correct the problem. Any purchase that has been placed and we have not been notified within this time frame will be processed and shipped as ordered with no exceptions.

Can I return my purchase?

Due to the nature of tights and hosiery, these are considered 'intimates' and cannot be returned. All items in this category are considered final sale. In the event your order arrives damaged please submit your issue on our Customer Service page with images to support your claim and we will be in touch via email directly. Socks order return requests fall under our 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. All approved returns will receive a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to Bootights without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Follow the instructions on our Customer Service on requesting your sock return.

Is there a special way I should wash my tights?

I'm new to Bootights and I love them! Can I buy your products at a store in my town?

I have questions regarding shipping and delivery; what do you offer?

If my return is approved, how long will it take to receive my refund?

Once approved we will process your refund right away, typically within 48 hours during regular business hours. Your bank may take longer to recognize the refund so be sure to contact them once you receive our email notification.

I received a gift from your store - can I return or exchange?

Any item received as a gift is eligible for a full online store credit for the full amount of your gifted item, no questions asked. Just submit your request in the form provided, follow all returning goods instructions on our Customer Service page and we’ll take care of the rest.

Do you offer gift cards for your store?

We do! Bootights is pleased to offer ecards for redemption on our site. Our digital gift cards have no additional processing fees and never expire.

I own a boutique and would like to sell Bootights to my customers. What is the process?

We are so happy to hear that! We have a dedicated page for Wholesale Inquiries. You can fill out the simple application and someone with our retail partner team will be in touch if we have open availability in your region.
